     You will be given 6-12 hours' notice that the appointment will be scheduled and We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 15 minutes to before canceling an appointment.  This allows us to offer that appointment to another client and helps our staff efficiently navigate the day.  We understand that canceled appointments happen for many reasons and that some are unexpected and unavoidable.
